Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to give a brief update on my progress. Although I'm not completely well yet, I do see some good progress. The biting seems to have gone away (hopefully for good) and the crawling seems less. I've been sticking to the diet and protocol so I'm hoping I will be well soon - whenever that may be!

I started Sovereign Copper a few weeks ago but I believe it put me in a rough Herx, so I stopped taking it for now. I do plan to go back to it. I felt tired all of the time and VERY irritable. I'm taking a week off to see how I do and so far, so good.


Hope everyone is doing well! How's everyone else doing on the Copper?
