I’ve dealt with anemia for years. It’s iron deficiency. Not every type of iron works for all. What does work is liver! Iron polcinate is a good supplement for me. It was trial and error. Even better natural is organ meat. Doesn’t smell or taste bad. Benefit is all major organs like liver, heart, kidneys. Low energy and fatigue are my clues. Take 2 caps of organ meat a day. Then if it lasts more than a day I will take more. Plus trace minerals electrolytes. In my experience I’ve found paleovalley to be very good. One that I will try is from trace minerals because it has more organ meats. Will share that experience. And don’t forget vit c, d and magnesium. Blood tests are good for tracking levels. Or anything more serious. I’ve had great results. Xo, Jen

Hello folks "Thank you Robert. I wanted to come in behind you to remind everyone that it is critcally important to understand that iron disruption is prevalent with Morgellons disease. And so understanding the role iron plays in our red blood cells is also very important. One thing we can do is to investigate lactoferrin and how it can be useful to help with iron deficiency. A very good food source of lactoferrin are eggs. Just wanted to share this for your individual research efforts. Hope it compliments what Robert has shared. We love you Robert! Peter

Hello Mel & community, Iron bound to picolinic acid is not a great form for assimilation. Picolinic acid is a cellular waste product/toxin. The vast majority of iron deficiency is actually copper deficiency. This Food Research https://choosetobehealthy.com/product/fr-hematic-formula-90-capsules/ plus Sovereign Copper would be much safer to ingest on a regular basis. best regards, RSB
