Thank you for sharing your story with us. In my humble opinion, you have already made great progress with your anxiety. You were able to successfully find a job outside of your home. So congratulation on that first step.
I have dealt with a different type of anxiety that would keep me up at night. Sometimes I felt like I was dying and wanted to go outside and try to run away from it. This would not have been too alarming except it was usually 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning. Lots of prayers, researching scripture, and picturing my happy place eventually turned things around.
I will pray for you and encourage you to listen to God's voice as you begin to move past this. He hears you and knows your struggles. So next time you need to speak publicly, just ask God to bless you and release your fears. Have faith in the Holy Spirit who is part of you and as Karen says; "Let Go and Let God"
"I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make her boast in the LORD; the humble shall hear thereof and be glad. O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt His name together. I sought the LORD, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears" Psalm 34:1-4
Please continue to keep us updated on your progress and may God Bless you each day!
In Christ Love, Laura |
