Just a wee correction.
It was not Mel's videos i have been watching but a collection from various Functional medicine experts put together by Jonathan Otto , John Malanca and others.
Somehow someone had my e mail and sent me video links and I have spent days cramming stuff into an old brain but it was all totally uplifting.
And fits in perfectly with what Mel has been saying and what John B has said and does.
They all put emphasis on the fact that we are all biologically individual...and what suits one may not suit another. And that with God all healing is possible.
Yes I have watched all Mel,s videos too .Thank you Margo. You will have helped a lot of folk who were suffering by leading them to Mel and safety. And thank you Mel.It must have taken a lot of time and effort.

I have been praying so hard for you, and no prayer goes unheard, that you would flourish in your new post and that your qualities would be recognized and appreciated.
It is good to know that you are now well on the way to overcoming the difficulties.
I was just like you but someone once asked me to step out of my comfort zone and I did what I thought was impossible.
There are so many of us with anxieties that weigh us down.
At last, at 80, I feel no anxiety ....only peace.
Oh and i forgot to tell you there is another little known vitamin that is needed.
It is vitamin L.....love.I cannot remember which one of the speakers said it but it encapsulates all Mel provides. And of course vitamin H....hope.

It is a few dollars on amazon .com but twice that on uk amazon.
