Karen,, 2/4/2018 3:59:05 PM | Hi Everyone, How did I miss this? One teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in the morning is a big help! I was talking to Mel this morning and mentioned that I'm going to have to reconfigure the way I pack for the day because I'm eating too late once I finally get home. During the course of the conversation, he mentioned a few things about the order of supplements, etc. and then asked if I'd been taking a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in the mornings a few minutes before taking my silver. Uh...no. I'd kind of remembered reading something about apple cider vinegar and had been using it on salads, but hadn't used taken it by itself. Mel said it helps get the ph in line, so...of course...I asked him if I should take more throughout the day. He said no...just in the morning and that would be enough. So...I took about a teaspoon of it this morning and chased it with a glass of cold water and...yes...there's a positive difference today in my symptoms. This was simple enough and the payoff definitely overshadowed the taste. It really didn't taste so bad though...just kind of like a salad without any vegetables. Hope this helps someone else. Love, Karen |

Thank you for continuing to pass on such good, helpful information. I had to laugh a little when you said that it tasted kind of like a salad without any vegetables :-) I am thinking that maybe I will add a few drops of Stevia to mine. Cheryl |
