I'm deeply sorry to hear that your dear brother has stage four Lung Cancer and in other places as well. Oh it's a terrible shock. I know it is very hard to accept and process. And also he isn't old either, that is another dimension too as well. So so sorry. How is he holding up, does he have family and friends around him to help? I dearly hope so.
I hope you take care at this difficult time too. It takes a lot out of family members absolutely. I know you will find the inner strength to cope once you get past the initial shock. But, yes it's still an awful lot to cope with. I hope you can find the means to enable you to go visit him too,
