Hope everyone is feeling well. This is my first post and I hope to be able to continue to make gains from the protocol and life changes we are all trying so hard to achieve wellness from.
I have a little one, a two year old and food is a challenge so I wanted to share a recipe that has worked well and is quite a treat for breakfast. Now, we use this recipe sparingly as it does contain bananas which are high in sugar. This recipe is a great way to hide vitamins and supplements in a tasty meal.
I generally use this as a breakfast or a treat (or just when its been difficult to get the supplements in for the little one).
Flour-less Banana Pancakes
Two Eggs One Large Banana (cut and mash with eggs) 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 1 heaping teaspoon flax seed Supplements of choice Mix batter well
This recipe may be doubled to feed more people. Generally, the above is good for two to three people. It is very tasty and very simple.
