Yes! Totally agree. I have followed her tips for years.

It's very helpful to rub oil and himalayan pink sea salt on skin. It helps disrupt wireless waves under skin. I swallow oil and celtic salt daily. Sometimes multiple times.

A little sea salt in water is good. Pray, pray Ephesians 6 and Psalm 91.

It's getting tough. Peace and love.

DAILY CHECKLIST
o EXERCISE - REBOUNDING ALSO IF YOU HAVE A REBOUNDER
o BREATHE FRESH AIR
o SUNLIGHT
o WATER WITH SEA SALT NOT WITH MEALS, BUT BETWEEN MEALS
o MODERATION. AVOID SUGAR, CAFFEINE
o SLEEP 8 HOURS EACH NIGHT, GO TO BED EARLY 9PM-5AM
o HEALTHY DIET
o TRUST IN DIVINE POWER

I added rebounding because she talks about doing that daily in some of her videos and also adding a pinch of celtic sea salt to your water.
