Marie 12/9/2017 10:49:07 AM edit upload | Kathy, In addition to spraying your body with kleen green etc and using coconut oil, you can also soak your feet in a bowl or bucket adding Epsom salts and a drop or two of essential oils to hot/warm water. I do this and also use Dr Singha's mustard bath which contains mustard seed and essential oils. This was recommended by some kind soul on here. Not only does it help with the painful soles and the pain and itching but it leaves your skin silky soft. After soaking you rinse with clean water. I have not been able to get into the bath or shower for a long time due to arthritis. Remember that the feet are in a way, the mirror of the body. Each part being represented. God Bless |
Chrissie 11/22/2017 8:12:27 AM edit upload | Hi Kathy, I agree with Jen that kleen green and wps solutions help draw the fibers and other things out. I think sulphur soap is also good I wouldn't be without it. You could also make a sea salt scrub with sea salt and olive oil and gently scrub your skin, or make a bentonite clay mask and rub on, let harden for a while then wash off.. I remember doing that when I had no bath and the fibers really came out. I think that putting on coconut oil after the shower also encourages the little blighters to come out. Best wishes, Chrissie |
Jen + 5 11/20/2017 8:27:22 AM edit upload | Hi Kathy, You can make a spray with wps and spray it on your body. You can also spray your body with kleen green, or do a foot soak with WPS. Our feet have the largest pores on our body and we also have reflexology points on our feet for all parts of our body. |
