Hi Mel- hope you’re enjoying your new home! I have a problem with some of the protocol Burgemeifster plan. There is one supplement containing fish oil and the thymus one is also made from animal. How can I get round this. Could I do this with diet, and the remaining vitamins and minerals I feel so hopeful since I joined this site. I have an ozone machine and am doing each room in turn. In our bedroom there were so many deaths! Problem is they are newly coming into the windows and I spray with clean green. I might be losing battles but I will win the war. | |||

Dear Helpme. As well as flax and chia there are vegetarian algae based supplements which will give you omega fats. In all honesty, based on personal experience, I really think that we immune compromised people need omega fats from fish oil to help our health. It is assimilated better into our systems than vegetarian sources. I also believe that the thymic formula is one of the main supplements that we need and essential to help heal our adrenal glands and help immune function. It really is a game changer! I appreciate that these products and liver Cs plus having animal products in them is not ideal for your ethics, but could you not use them to help you to fully heal?. Hello and Welcome, I just wanted to encourage you to continue posting and stay connected. I hope you begin to join the conference calls on the weekend so you can speak to all the encouraging people in our community.
