Week 66: Maintenance internal wps dose remains at 7/7. The purging of the black dots out of my sideburns has completely stopped. There's only a slight occasional crawling only in my goatee area and shins. In the morning some stuff still comes out of my eyes but I think it is normal purging. I still believe my condition is still improving; however I do still have the candida.
I had somewhat of a concern this week. I spoke with Mel and John B. And they advised me to lay off the internal wps for a few days. I am back on it and all seems ok. I am experiencing a little more diahrre since starting back up as it was before. I believe I am preparing for a big herx.
All is well as I have learned to relax. My sleep produces lucid dreaming now. My sleep is restful. I awake daily naturally and feeling rested.
If I can get this thrush and infection out of my mouth, throat, and stomach, intestinal tract, I believe I will be 100%. I am closer now than ever. When we figure out this thrush thing, this will be the miracle I've been hoping for.
