Nearing your finish line

I know it is not pleasant, but as Mel always says, "better out than in".

I too have had numerous fibers and specs coming out of nails, scalp, fingertips, etc.

But it is part of the detox process we all must go through.

Keep the faith and hope and you will get through it!
