I noticed that it has been awhile since you posted. I would love to see you post how you are doing now. Your struggle with the diet that you posted about is one that I myself deal with and probably many others. So if you are still having that struggle, keep trying and don't give up! Cheryl |
Becca N 2/6/2017 3:17:30 PM MST | Hello! I haven't been here for a while. I'm tired and busy, it's amazing how active a 94yr old woman is! Taking care of my grandmother has been good for my soul :). I started my extension today. I'm looking forward to see how this will play out. I had something odd come out of me last night. It's hard to explain, it was soft, white and looked spiral. But I'm still having the typical white things come out. But one issue I can't find information on (I've searched for 1.5hrs), I am constipated and don't know how to fix it. And I'm not sure how to tell when I pass them. Thanks in advance! |
Nan 1/28/2017 10:51:01 PM MST edit upload | Hi, I did the same thing you are doing. Fibers are on clothes because of your poor diet and not resting. Some suggestions as follows. Pick out 10 outfits move them away from other clothes and only wear them until you get diet in order and symptoms improve. Wash small load of clothes daily while eating dinner. Cook one or two days a week and freeze foods for the week. Eat like a rabbit is what Mel did and I found easiest if too much to cook. Avacado, pumpkin seeds and be sure to add olive oil in a daily salads. Helps fill you up. Check out recipe section for Dr Hyman Green Breakfast Smootie. Cilantro is the best for liver. Everything in that smoothie will help you heal. Suggest you drink this eves morning until your PH is normal or drink it as much as possible. Drink Mel's cayenne pepper and lemon drink every chance you can. I suggest start slow but try to build up to several glasses thru the day. Cayenne is used for many illness like shingles. It is amazing. Also eat garlic and onions as much as you can. Eat in salads. Have snacks available. Hummus with little Himalayan salt on cucumber is great snack. Few almonds great snack too. Celery and almond butter. Remove bad foods from home and do not go to store hungry. Sugar is poison so critical to avoid. Learn to take naps if need more rest. If work Sleep at desk at lunch or go to park on COOL day to relax or nap. Keep your home temp cool. You are in our prayers! |
