Happy new year!!

I'm committed to my journey starting today, like many others. I don't journal so I'm using this platform. I can't wait to see the happy ending!

I can't pinpoint when my bff's attached to me but I suspect my cat brought them when he got out in July. He was sick and always on antibiotics.

It's been a rough journey until now. We thought we had bed bugs and carpet beetles. We had treatment done but didn't work.

We ditched everything and moved 3 times. Still had same symptoms.

I lived with my mom so we both went to dermatologists and sent the bugs/salts to an Entomologist at University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. They both told us it wasn't anything and it's in our heads.

When I came to California a few weeks ago to take care of my grandmother, I'd get better. Well, I didn't but symptoms were better. I would stay up late researching all of this.

One night I was looking at my hair to see if it was moving. I couldn't believe what I saw, I almost threw up. I also started looking at my scabs, pulled one off.... fibers attached.

I'll admit, I woke up the next morning believing I was over tired and imagined it. As I was eating breakfast with my grandmother, I scratched my face because it felt like an itchy zit....nope, a feather came out.

I couldn't eat for 2 days and then I found you guys. I read and read, as my attention span allowed. I felt hope for once in months but that turned into fear. Do I have this because my symptoms aren't the same as others, more denial.

I ordered my protocol and am playing phone tag with Mel(sorry Mel). Now I'm trying to find a solution for my mother, she has neuropathy. She is very limited so I'm trying to have her call John @ Logos. I also see my grandmother have some red marks but doesn't believe me and her dog itches.

My environment will be a struggle so I have to figure that out.

So the journey begins.

This morning I made myself eat eggs mixed with bell pepper, onion and tomato. I typically eat later and junk. I'm struggling getting water intake and am down about no coffee.

I took the dog for a walk, my face started stinging. I used to be a builder and never had issues when I sweat. I pray that goes away.

Until tomorrow....:)

Hi Becca,

I have just finished reading your thread.

I hope you and your grandmother are doing well. What a blessing you must be to her.

I noticed that it has been awhile since you posted. I would love to see you post how you are doing now.

Your struggle with the diet that you posted about is one that I myself deal with and probably many others.

So if you are still having that struggle, keep trying and don't give up!

Cheryl

Hey Becca

Here is a foods tip for you. Eating large servings of raw radishes should fix your constipation. If they don't, temporary consumption of additional "food grade" vitamin C will loosen stool. I love food alternatives that work!

Blessings,
peter
