1/15/2017 10:46:01 AM | Hi Becca, Thanks for saying hello on my thread. So sorry you are going through this too and your mum, gran and her dog. I'm glad you have Started the protocol that's great and the clean eating. I wouldn't take rice wine vinegar I think apple cider vinegar ( the mother) version is much better. YoUr food sounded lovely! Definetely we have to stay away from processed food, sugar, yeasts, alcohol and even most fruit, put raw garlic in your salads it will help and lemon juice to help alkaline the body , but take separately 2 hours away from mms as lemon deactivates mms. I tolerate a tiny amount of berries now but not apple.I tolerate potatoes now but don't have them when symptoms are severe. I don't eat wheat. Recently when stressed I have had potato chips, bad move, must cut that out. Too refined. I put zylitol chocolate in plant milk and make hot chocolate or put zylitol chocolate a few squares in my morning porridge for a treat with flaxseed, sunflower seeds, a few berries, plant milk. ITs a great meal filling, nutritious but we have to listen to what our bodies accept. Sugar free coconut yogurt makes me itch so I'm not trying it again I tried twice, same reactions so that's that. We have to see what our bodies cope with. My dog had silver every day and mms we took diatomaceous earth internally for a long time. Now she gets diatomaceous earth on her fur a couple of times a week and in her bedding. Kleen green I use every day spray all over. I wash clothes with zoflora disinfectant because it has benzelchronium chloride in it ( kills nearly everything). Or bicarbonate of soda. Do you use sulphur soap, I wouldn't be without it though can't wear jewellery as sulphur turns it all black almost immediately, the silver turns. Mms and Epsom salt in baths and tea tree, lavender, geranium. I'm sooo glad I have a bath this time around as Been dealing with Morgellons five and a half years now and three reinfections, most of that time no bath. It's so essential now to help. The diet is absolutely essential too. If you don't do the diet the protocol will be a complete waste of time. I drink nettle tea daily to detox the liver and use raw ginger. Turmeric, ginger and cinnamon goes into porridge. I drink cinnamon tea every night for something sweet, ha ha I even sook the tea bag afterwards and pretend it's a cinnamon sweetie!! :-) the things we have to do for a sugar fix!! We have to do the best we are able, and fight it. It's so hard your boyfriend doesn't believe you, I understand the stress you feel from that. I hide away with this as only people who accept it's real usually are people who are or have suffered it. Not Easy I know! Take care! |
