I was a fanatic with cleaning the first six weeks of my journey. I got tired and then I learned about kleen green. If you listened to conference call under more communication is better, one of the calls spoke about Kyo, Ashley her daughter with magic spray. This spray is 1:7 ratio of kleen green in an 8 oz bottle. I have to say kleen green became my best friend and ally in my war against this. It's also my security blanket. I relaxed after owning kleen green and use it for hair, environmental and laundry. Absolute must have!
It's important early on to obtain your basic armament.
Mel's protocol, mms to make mms spray and can use in environmentally for rid of airborne mites and fungi. Essential oils like tea tree, eucalyptus, clove oil. Coconut cooking oil extra virgin unrefined which can be used on skin treatment. Kleen green, borax, odoban (from Home Depot).
Diet wise;
Leafy greens. Bitter veggies are good for us like arugula, radish.
Raw garlic is fantastic, eat it internally with pumpkin seeds helps with crawly. Raw garlic is a must have.
Natural antifungal, anti parasitic, anti microbial.
Red onions is a prebiotic, it's really good too.
Bell peppers has a lot of vitamin c so it's good too.
Lots of fibers. For regular bowel movements are important.
If you can watch the truth about cancer the 9 episodes which will be aired again starting January 17,2017. Many of the principles applies.

You don have to digest all these information at once. That's why it's good to re read things since many of us have brain fog on and off.
