Hello!

The past few days have been interesting to say the least. I've eaten really off track, failed at laundry and haven't been sleeping.

Sunday I made a poor choice with my food for no reason other than it's my weakness. But then yesterday my grandmother was rushed to the hospital, I didn't have time to plan my food. I did have my supplements and got a ride in an ambulance, that was fun :)

I've done laundry wrong. I washed and dried clothes, I found a bunch of the "feathers" all faned out and misc threads that were infected. I put them back in the washer with Kg, borax and detergent.

I just am not sure what else to do. I've thrown out 99% of my clothes, mostly cotton. I did order a sweater awhile ago, received it today...It had infected fibers!

I've been washing my hair with Dr Bonners tea tree and sulpher soap. Holy man that works well but a few issues. My hair is so dry, I'm breaking the combs, I've decided to cut my hair off. It was an easy decision when I was combing out fibers and white stuff.

I was giddy when I found mango/Chile tea and ginger/tumeric tea! They are so awful and hurt my stomach, how disappointing :(.

I'm having so many fibers and "feathers", more than normal. I know this will happen as I go further into the protocol. I'm really concerned I are awful for a few meals.

Here's to hoping it's mostly the protocol working!!
