I've officially been on the protocol for a week. Due to shipping issues, I just received my Msm and silver. I actually feel more tired. I have about an hour of true energy after the shower.
I'm getting fibers mostly out of my nose, It's frustrating to say the least. I can rinse my sinuses a few days a week or they dry out and hurt. I'm on eye drop antibiotics because I wore my contacts too long. I've worn them for weeks without issue...2 days this time. Funny how our bodies change!
Today was my first clean eating day, It was amazing! For dinner I made lime, olive oil and garlic chicken, homemade guacamole, and a salad....I had rice wine vinegar salad dressing, not sure if that's a no-no.
My grandmother is getting it worse but she refuses it and says it's just being old. I'm not sure what to do, I'm sure she's reinfecting. Short of putting vitamins in her food, I think I'm in for a long battle. The dog has it but I found ideas from others.
I'm cleaning as much as I can and doing so much laundry. I'm spraying Kleen Green all over, it's rather funny. I walk around with myspray bottle and go to town!
