Hi All,

Working on adding some things to our diet. Does anyone eat Cassava Flour, and is it something we can eat during this time?

Diana,

Some good, safe options are coconut and almond flour. Not sure on how to use them, just download a conversion table off of Google and that will help you with your baking!
