Hi Vanessa, I’ve not been able to take it internally. Literally makes me gag. But external liver packs is awesome. An African doctor I was seeing liked to use it internally for parasites and liver. Others could do it. If you choose to start, begin with 1tbsp or less. Then increase. From personal experience. Hope you find relief. Sending you best wishes. Xo, Jen | |||

Hi Vanessa, When I was suffering with a kidney stone a few weeks ago, I also suffered from opioid induced constipation during the week I was waiting for surgery. While I can't speak to it cleansing the liver and killing parasites, I can tell you that after I took 1 tablespoon orally the next few hours and next day allowed me to clear out things after I wasn't able to go to the bathroom for a week, which is not normal at all for me. I have read mixed reviews, but it definitely worked as a laxative for me. And it was gentle, no diarrhea, it just got things moving. I haven't used it on a regular basis, but I have read somewhere that you can use it for a week then maybe take a break and start up again, based on how your body is responding to it. Be careful what you get off Amazon because one I ordered was runny like water and didn't smell like castor oil so I threw it out. I use the Aura Cacia brand from Amazon. I know some say to only use certain brands in glass bottles, but it is too expensive for me right now. The Aura Cacia is in plastic, but the oil is organic and hexane free. I know you can also use a castor oil pack to help cleanse your liver and another way is to do coffee enemas, but there is certain coffee that is especially made for this, you can't use any coffee. Greetings, I was wondering if anyone has ever used castor oil orally (2 tbsp/day) to cleanse out the colon. Does it also cleanse the liver? Does it kill all kinds of parasites? ~Vanessa | |||
