| I just want to share my experience with cauliflower potatoes. As suggested by Mel, Peter and all participating in the conference calls to try the recipes, I did. I made the cauliflower potatoes and they were fantastic. I added the ghee and coconut oil (my new butter) and to my surprise, I fell in love. I took this a step further and put some at the bottom of the bowl before adding my organic chili. I enjoyed the meal even more. These two food choices were very satiating. They are now a part of my repertoire of foods. Thanks for adding this recipe for a potato substitute.
