In 1996 I was hurt while using a Roto Tiller and my L4 and L5 were out of place. Extremely painful until my chiropactor came to my house and treated me and I was able to get out of bed and back to work within a week.
As time went on I found that my muscles were affected by the vibration of riding in a car.
Fast Forward to today when riding in a car, except for very short ride 1/4 to 1/2 mile, doesn't happen unless emergency to ER 1 mile away.
I was prescribed Ultram now tramadol, for many years. Last year I asked my family dr for a refill and they won't give me one due to the opoid crisis. So what do you do when you need help with pain, I ordered Help Oil from Amazon and eventually started taking it only at night. It helped me sleep even though the itching from M would eventually wake me up.
My itching is better since I just started my 3rd month on protocol. I now take the Help Oil both morning when I get up and at night when go to bed. I find it very helpful - it doesn't take away all my pain from the injury but it helps and seems to smooth out my emotions which were a mess from the M.
I would recommend it. |
