Morgellons - CFIDS / ME

Wondering if anyone here or from the panel have recommendations for helping with CFIDS (Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome), also known as ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis). It is complex and affects the neurological, endocrine and immune systems. Dealing with along with morgellons is challenging. Has anyone used certain protocols that have helped?
