Chrissie 9/30/2024 10:09:39 AM | Dear Jen, It's always good to hear there is no decline. But yes, I understand of course you want improvement absolutely. And you work towards that all the time. Ita really good you have been taking small steps physically and have been able to do a workout in your chair. Yes the goal is out of your chair!! As you say, if others can do it why can't you? And God is helping you every step of the way. A virtual trainer sounds cool! And you have such a positive attitude that will help you along in your journey also. Everything you are doing will definitely pay off helping your health. Keep Going and God Bless, Chrissie
Jen 9/30/2024 10:09:39 AM | Hello everyone, This kind of feels like a journal entry. Every year I need to submit a report to insurance so they, whoever they are, can approve disability for another year. I have a lawyer I trust to justify the case. Praying that it’s approved quickly like last year. Question is how long does this go on? Obviously until I reach retirement age. Still how long does this go on? I’m not blind to all the shenanigans happening. Take away is, according to insurance, no change. That’s good. Better than decline. This is my motivation. I want improvement. Maybe then I can work again. It’s been 12 years…yikes time flies. So I did a workout today. Little steps. I joined a steady pace group earlier this year. Haven’t been very active with them. Great community like this one. I do feel better when I workout. Might sign up for virtual personal trainer. Just need to get beyond the idea of virtual training. Plus the money. But I’ve always said worth it when it comes to my health. And goal is getting out of chair. So many others have achieved it so I can do it too. With the help of God and Lord Jesus Christ, of course. Thank you for reading. Feels like a personal coaching session. It’s late here in OH, I wish you a good night or morning. Peace, Jen
