It sounds like you really enjoyed Chrissie's chocolate avocado pudding recipe!
I wanted to mention that the recipe is posted under Delicious Ideas for Your Dining Enjoyment on 5/24/18.
Chrissie also posted a topping for the pudding on 5/26/18.
Chrissie mentions in the post with the topping recipe that the chocolate avocado pudding has to be eaten right away, but the topping can be stored for a few days in the fridge. So, I am wondering how long the little jars of pudding stayed good in your fridge.
I bet the avocado pudding recipe and the pie shell recipe would make some delicious little tarts.
