| Hi Nancy!
For the sauce, I simply used kerrygold butter, finely chopped garlic or garlic powder, oregano, Italian seasoning and pepper. If you wanted to make make your sauce thicker, use some coconut cream and some low sodium veggie stock!
I hope you enjoy! Tea

| Hello Everyone!!
I hope your staying warm! My apologies for being a little behind in sharing! Too many things to keep up with these days!!
So here is what I’ll be having for Christmas dinner this year! Trying to be different with some healthy options! So…. Shrimp over Spaghetti Squash with a creamy garlic sauce over the top! I haven’t made this before, but it looks very good, so I can’t wait to try it! As for a vegetable, I’ll probably have some broccoli and I’m sure the sauce will be scrumptious on that too!
For dessert, I will probably have a hot chocolate made from chocolate almond milk, coconut cream and stevia! If I have some time, I’ll make some coconut macaroons too and will let you know!
Stay warm everyone and have a very blessed Christmas!!!
Love & Hot Chocolate! Tea
