Here's the easiest way to get a great deal of information about cleaning: 1. Look at the top of this page under the mountain range pic. You'll see white words on a black background. 2. There are two rows of words. Look for the last one on the second row. It says, "search engine." 3. Click on "search engine." 4. There will be a place to type in what you're looking for. Type in "cleaning" and then hit enter. 5. It'll take a little while to load. Don't do like I used to and decide it wasn't working and then get frustrated. Just go get yourself a cup of tea and when you come back, there will be a LOT of information about cleaning. 6. Get a composition notebook (spiral) with tabs or create some tabs with post it notes. Start reading and taking notes in the section you'll mark "cleaning" in your notebook. 7. Don't get overwhelmed. Just read and take short notes. Once you've done this, you can read back over your notes and get an idea of which things seem to fit your needs at this time. 8. Keep things easy...simplify your world...put things away and only keep the basics of what you need in various areas of your house...sitting area...kitchen...bedroom...bathroom, etc. Throw away anything you can do without and / or store things to go through later in tightly tied garbage bags or plastic tubs with tight fitting lids. Once you get better, you can start going through those things a little at a time. 9. You're right...once you get better, your environment will get better. For now just keep it simple...keep it clean (but not obsessively so...don't clean to the exclusion of rest) and go about your routine of the "sum of the parts" to get to the finish line. Hope this helps! Love, Karen | |||
