Dear Christine,

Yes the environment is quite challenging and it does need cleaning. However, please keep in mind the importance of rest. It is proven that as you get better so does the environment.

One thing I did early in my recovery was to mist the baseboards with Odoban every two days. Odaban is a mildewstat, disinfectant, sanitizer and virucide. It comes in different scents and I have used it in my laundry as well. (Purchase this from Home Depot)It has a strong scent so you should always leave the room after misting for at least 30 minutes.

When I was having to use this product and Kleen Green quite often, I decided to make a schedule and not clean until the scheduled time. It was hard to do because we are so consumed with MD. But it is important to remember the "Sum of the Parts" and rest is needed. I hope this will be helpful.

Have faith in God that he will give you strength and peace as you overcome this. "Therefore, being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ" Romans 5:1

In Christ Love,
Laura
