You can now get Coaching Calls on Zoom, where you will see Mel with a lovely Carribean back drop, complete with rolling waves and Palm Trees!
Mel doesn't look like 80, doesn't act like 80, and sometimes he acts like a little kid:-).
Its really helpful to have the video. Its up to you whether your video is on or off, whatever you are comfortable with.
