Hello Everyone ,
I want to share some research I've been doing recently due to the degenerative problems I'm having , and really had no idea how important collagen is to our skeletal system not to mention the aspects of the body where it's needed and utilized..
When we age we lose much of the collagen our body produced when we were young , so we need to supplement as we age with a clean form of collagen peptides , which logos nutritionals has to offer .. I've come to find out how important it is if you want to keep your skeletal system in good working order , it's never to late to start supplementing colegen in your daily regimen and in doing so it goes to work to help build back the strength and such that we need . So I wanted to share this with those who might be interested and I have written down the things collagen does for us ..
I hope this helps someone and that you start supplementing it into your daily regimen. John at logos nutritionals has it in stock all the time . I hope everyone is doing well and Blessings to you All !

Long term effects of collagen helps support the following:

-repair of musculoskeletal injuries
-connective tissue
-improved joint flexibility
-increases bone density
-reduced pain
-immune function
-supports vascular function
-reduced inflammation
-improved hydration of connective tissues of the body
-improved signal induction
-improved sleep
-extra cellular matrix which supports the transportation of nutrients across the cell membrane
-protects cell against toxins (environmental, bacteria, virus)
-cell communication
-calcium uptake
-increased metabolic rate
-fine lines and wrinkles

Collagen supports sleep and restores, repairs and regenerates. It is ideal to take before bed.

Hello Everyone ,
Thank you Peter , Tea and Cheryl , I'm so happy that all of you found this helpful.

I'm taking it daily now , and I'm Happy I finally found this , I never really gave it much thought before until I started having this bone challenge but was I ever relieved to know there was something very good I could do to restore the bones and many other things also ..

It's not the best tasting but I put almond milk , a scoop of collagen, and some blue berries or strawberries and blend it in a blender , drink it down and I like it , you can add a little stevia or vanilla to it if you like , it helps with the taste , but I don't mind it so much because I know it's doing wonderful things in my body ..

I'm learning a lot with the research I'm doing , it's for the whole Body health , structural health is really important to our overall health , it's the center of everything really if you think about it , I just wish I would have known this important detail long ago , but we focus on the now and take it from there , as we work on ourselves we will improve not only from MD , but in every area of our body ..

So thank you everyone and I hope your well !

Blessings,
Linda

Hi Linda,

Thank you very much for sharing such great information from your research on the importance and benefits of collagen.

I didn't realize there were so many wonderful long-term effects to taking collagen daily. Truly amazing!

It's great that Logos has such a fantastic product, Regen Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides, that makes it easy to take healthy collagen daily.

Take care,

Cheryl
