I sleep in a "polyester" (synthetic, anyway) sleeping bag, and wash it weekly, and spray it every morning and every night before using it.
I sleep on a cot, with a plastic-covered thin mattress. My pillow is covered in a plastic trash bag. I spray that, too.
I refuse to buy a bed until this is over. No point, right? Easy to move, and vacuum/spray carpet (apt, I cant get rid of it). Lots of work, but I wear a shirt made of an incontinent pad/paper towels, wrap my upper legs in 1/2 incontinent pad each, tape and rubber band; likewise with arms/hands, but smaller pieces. gotta go, more later

These things you are doing, are not taught on this website. Since you are relatively new, Let me suggest that.
#1 you apply for free coaching through the hecuresall.org website, as I know who you are and understand you financial plight, yet I still wish to help you and I think you can use some guidance.
#2 that you come to or listen to the weekly conferences calls they are full of useful information and have a calming effect on all those who participate. They are free!!!
