Morgellons - Dale’s Story

Hi all,

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and have a Happy New Year!

I will soon write my story from the beginning here, but wanted to share some good information I got from watching a YouTube video from Barbara O’Neil. It reminded me of the “Sum of the Parts” in Mel’s protocol.

Basic laws of health according to Barbara O’Neil:

Get sunshine
Drinking enough water
Getting enough sleep
Trust in God
Stop anything that harms
Inhale through the nose
Eat nourishing food/proper nutrition
Moderation in all good things
Exercise

Florence Nightingale said
Disease is a process of repair not necessarily accompanied by suffering. If the patient suffers it’s the nurses fault for not applying the laws of nursing. And they are the laws of health. Sustain me principles: sunshine, water, sleep, trust in God, stop anything that harms, inhale through the nose, proper nutrition, moderation in all the good things, exercise. These are the true remedies.

Germs don’t cause disease, they are the result of unhealthful conditions (circumstances in your body)

When you understand the cycle of life
When you understand the role of these microorganisms in the body and the role they play you do not need to fear them anymore. Because when you give the body the right conditions we’ve got an amazing immune system that is able to handle it. We’ve got an amazing body. We’ve got herbs that God gave us that can work with the body to bring about that healing condition so there is no need to fear those microorganisms. These are the players in the cycle of life and if it wasn’t for these microorganisms there would be so much trash on the planet. They’re the good guys not the bad guys. These microorganisms are an integral part of life on planet earth and in the human body and we need to work with them. The human body has been designed to heal itself, we just need the right conditions. When you give the body the right condition these microorganisms will still be in your body, but they’ll be playing the proper role. Whenever cell damage happens or waste builds up in the body then the cleanup team has to start working.

Stop wheat, oats, dairy, peanuts, and refined sugar.

Proverbs 14:6

Hi Brian,

I have always been interested in exercise and tried to stay on a regular routine. I used to do Taebo a lot. There is also a 30 Day 6 Pack Abs Workout on YouTube on hte BeFiT channel that I have enjoyed doing. Sometimes I get off the bandwagon and try to get myself back on track. Thankfully I do have an office/workout room that has a treadmill, elliptical, and Bowflex Selecttech dumbell weights and weight bench. For the longest time after getting sick I really didn't feel like I had the strength to workout.

Finally, I recently feel like I have energy and drive to start weight training again. I have started lifting some weights.

And as for cardio I recently started doing HIIT (high intensity interval training) on the treadmill. Look up Barbara O'Neil HIIT on youtube and she explains the benefits for skin and time needed. You can get a great workout in 12-16 minutes and the benefits will last. She says your body will release human growth hormone during the HIIT and will remain active for 24 hours.

You basically run for your life at a high incline, (she recommends finding a hill outside if you don't have a treadmill) for 30 seconds, then rest (walk slow downhill or no incline) for 90 seconds and repeat this cycle 6-8 times. She said you can do it with many different exercises. For example, she says swim for your life (as fast as you can) for 30 seconds, then rest for 90 seconds, and repeat the cycle 6 times. You can use the elliptical, go cycling, etc.

I am going to continue to try this so I can get a high intensity, high impact workout in a short amount of time. I am waiting to see how it affects my hunger/carb intake and I'll keep you posted. I too, have been worried about losing too much weight, as has happened to me with this ailment, but finally just decided whatever happens, happens. As long as I'm healthy, getting exercise, and eating food that's good for me, hopefully my body will settle on a weight that isn't too low. I hope that helps. Good luck on your exercise routine. I hope you are continuing to see improvement as well.

Dale
