Hi Jen,

That's good you enjoy Dandelion tea! My dog drinks dandelion leaf tea every day as a natural diuretic for her health conditions:-). I drink nettle tea every morning and I really like it.

We use Clipper organic Dandelion Leaf tea and Clipper organic Nettle tea. Both are natural diuretics.

Dandelion Leaf is an source of potassium which may help the kidney filter toxins and improve blood flow. The polysaccharides in Dandelion are also known to reduce stress on the Liver and support it's production of bile. Dandelion also has high levels of beta carotene, an antioxidant which helps protect against cell damage and oxidative stress. The leaves can also stimulate the appetite and help digestion.

Nettle tea is anti inflammatory, antioxidant, helps with allergies, helps heal skin and helps improve blood sugar. Nettle promotes proper fluid flow in kidneys and bladder and flushes toxins in the urinary tract. It is also rich in iron.

If people don't like the taste of the teas you could disguise the taste and add it alongside a mint tea bag.

All the best,
Chrissie
