Health Update: Sept 8

Today just using WPS as a spray, I applied WPS to my hands. Black and white specs came out as I rubbed my hands together.

I dried my hands and then reapplied WPS. Again the specs came out of my skin.

I repeated this process about 5 times until no more specs came out. I guess this is part of the detoxing process.

like Mel says "better out than in".
