Hi Everyone,

First I want to start off saying that I miss you guys and gals on last week call. I was celebrating my mom's 84th birthday.

I'm catching up on some reading and this email that Mel sent has some very old and new good advice from Diets to get your body alkaline. All this information is good to know and I've learn somethings that was not of interest to me but now is. I appreciate ALL the posts in this thread. I will continue to read more from old posts to up-to-date ones.

God Bless everyone

Mary W.

Hi Donna,

Thank you for bringing this thread forward. I read through it yesterday and found it interesting and helpful. The conference call on food that you and Karen did was amazing. Thank you for all your teachings and I am thrilled that you are well again. It is such a testimony and I can't wait to listen to your "Happy Dance" conference call.

It is wonderful that you can be with your grandchildren again. You are such an inspiration.

God Bless You,
Love,
Linda
