A quick fix has always been applying clove essential oils to the tmj area also wherever you feel the swelling and tenderness like the cheekbones behind the ears. Wherever the pathogens are congregating. You will feel the swelling goes down and thus the tenderness subsides. No pain on tmj. I usually apply it before bed then in the morning feels better. Sometimes one application is enough sometimes two to three nights. Then gone. I hope this helps. Linn |
Deanna 8/8/2017 3:00:39 PM | Hello Trav and welcome! I agree completely this is MOST definitely THE best and really the ONLY place on the web to get real answers, from real people, who are really recovering or have really recovered from this disease!! I hope you remain here!! The first thing I'd like to say regarding mouth issues and believe me I had A LOT of them (key word is had)... is that if you're not already on Mel's Protocol I would highly recommend you do so ASAP. It will not only reverse your mouth issues but will also help with MANY other challenges we deal with as the result of having a toxic disease. The best place to start is by clicking on the FAQ tab at the top of the page. This will give you step by step directions of how to get started and how to get in touch with Mel. Scheduling a one on one call is also a GREAT way to get started. Other things that helped with my mouth issues after starting the protocol, we as follows. 1) Brushing my teeth twice a week with WPS. Five (5) drops of WPS in a shot glass full of water is all that is needed. Do not swallow the WPS and be sure to rinse your mouth with plain water after brushing. 2) I also swished the activated WPS around in my mouth vs swallowing it quickly every time I took my WPS while I was battling the mouth issues. 3) I switched my toothpaste to Redmond, Earthpaste, either the cinnamon or mint flavors are preferred. I would even coat this paste on problem areas in my mouth and let it sit as long as I could. The Redmond Clay helps pull this stuff out. 4) Speaking of pulling, I did oil pulling with coconut oil at least twice a week. You can google the specific directions but it is best to do this first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach and for 20 minutes in order to be effective. You should rinse your mouth, brush your teeth and rinse again after oil pulling. 5) Last but NOT least, make sure you are treating your sinuses daily with Sovereign Silver. One drop in each ear, both eyes and I purchased the nasal spray for my nostrils (you can also tilt your head way back and apply one drop to each nostril, I found the spray to be a much more thorough application and now I just refill the bottle with the silver I purchase in bulk). You should gargle with a little warm salt water afterwards. When my problems were at there all time high I did this twice a day. I hope this is as helpful to you and to others as it was/is for me!!! God Bless!!! Deanna |
Trav T. 8/7/2017 7:33:20 PM | Thanks Karen and Marie for responding and for your suggestions. I look forward to trying them. It's nice to know there are kind people helping each other out on this website. Probably the best place on the web for this disease out there. The problems in my face tissues and bones arose after dental work (I never had these symptoms after dental work my whole life until I got MD Disease) and I imagine that the drilling in my teeth attracted the MD infection or Lyme or whatever coinfection I may have to be attracted to the teeth and jaw nerves being excited and move into the area, probably from my head where all these unremitting "head pressure" headaches I've been having are that never leave but only migrate around the head. The mouth and face pains, inflammation and weakness also has been migrating around in the mouth (big hint there) and is not popping or clicking or having an unaligned jaw feeling like TMJ is known to do. I pray for your speedy recovery or healing Trav T. |
