You made me smile when I read that you interpret slow and steady to mean fast and furious :-) I think we are all tempted to interpret it that way sometimes.
I'm glad that your energy level has improved and you're feeling better.
I hope you're getting the rest you need. I know that the debris exiting your body is difficult, but definitely better out than in. At some point it will begin to lessen.
