4:49:22 AM | Thank you so much Chastity for sharing your story about the guinea pig. What a horrible thing to happen when all you were doing was trying to be a good mum. I can understand how it would have brought such fear and anxiety back and also the feeling of wishing that you hadn't given in. And how exhausting to work to get rid of the mites.
I have three cats that are now seven years old and I am committed to caring for them for the rest of their lives and do all I can to keep them healthy, using selamectin and worming pills and also use the Kleen Green pet spray if they have any skin issues. Plus I gave them WPS in water until just recently. Plus using Kleen Green to spray in their sleeping areas. (They have always slept in an outhouse fortunately as my husband is allergic to cat hair).
BUT I have made the decision now to not have any more pets in the future which is a bit sad as I love animals. Its something we all need to consider.
I am so grateful to you for sharing the story though because as you say its a real warning to others now and ahead to be so careful about what we bring into our environments.
A wonderful thing about God is that He promises to work for good in all things, even the things that we are finding traumatic and stressful so I'm praying this for you x
