Dear All,
Yes Morgellons can be a very scary illness. It happens out of the blue and knocks us for six. Most of us didn't even know such a horrid illness even existed.
It takes a while to get our heads around the illness itself and the fact that we have it. It feels like something out of a science fiction movie. The world as we knew it turns on its head. Thats why its so important that communities like this exist.
We focus on Healing. We focus on Restoration. We focus not on what this dis-ease is but on building up our immunity from the inside out. Do you know that 40% of Healing from Morgellons is fighting the pathogens, but 60% is Healing your Bioterrain.
Please throw away your microscopes. They will only mess with your mental health. Its so important for your well being to also not listen to fear mongering. So do your best to avoid scary stories and bizarre pictures, as they will only distress you further.
We talk about Healing, slowly but surely. This is a Realistic website, encouraging you to look to a positive future. Bit by bit you will improve your health if you follow, 'the sum of the parts.'
However, healing isn't just about the protocol. You will need to stop smoking, stop drinking alcohol, stop the sugar and refined carbs. You need to watch your stress responses. You need to be loving to yourself as you work through this. It isn't your fault you got this illness.
You are not this illness, it does not define who you are. I know this is a hard one. As for those with bad symptoms, especially those who have suffered for years before getting help it can feel insurmountable. But HUG YOURSELF, YOU ARE HERE. YOU HAVE GOT THIS.
