Hello All
Yesterday I had to leave the conference at short notice, as one of my cats brought home a baby rabbit. It was imperative that the cat is caught quickly before he dashes back outside.
All went well.... I rugby tackled the cat to the floor and the baby plopped out of his mouth. I then took the baby to the top of the garden and popped him over the fence where we believed he may have come from but this baby wasn't having any of it and came back through the fence towards me...this was not going to work!
This morning after keeping him in a woolly hat inside a cat carrier over night, we drove 22 miles to a wild life centre where he could be brought on with other baby rabbits and set free when the time is right.
The said cat is now wearing a collar with two bells, hopefully I will not get any more presents!.
