Doing my new routine of spending 2 or 3 or 4 hrs. trying to find my thread, or whatever it is, without success (don't want to blow my duh-Dora image, you know). Wonder if maybe securing for myself a needle, if it might cut down on my search time...
Not really what I am writing about; just re-read my game plan to capture Ellen DeGeneres attention, hence interest and money for Mel's clinic; has any one or some or even several of you guys followed up, or made a beginning, or even come up with some helpful ideas for this project? If so please let either Mel or me know.
No doubt it'd be easier to follow up if it had a good bit more definition. Unfortunately, although I'm good with ideas I'm basically useless with details, so any input would be welcome.
The general concept is we each write our own experience with the ugly-and-nasty, how it's consumed us, taking all things meaningful, leaving each with varying degrees of hopelessness, helplessness, despair - and how Mel has given and given and given, neither expecting nor seeing any return.
Anyhow, just idea, but one with a lot of potential -
so how about some feedback?
