Hello All ,
Just wanted to add to the time savers
I recently added to my cleaning routine..
Thanks to some input from others and
Reading , I found that a swifter mop really
Saves me time, I use it now for washing
Walls along with doing the floors on a daily
Or every other day basis , makes things so much
Easier .
Also I received my second month of the
Protocol and I am so grateful to HCAF for
The help and support in getting the medicine
I need to get well, Again Thank you HCAF
And All who support the vital work that Mel
And the Foundation does to help the less
