It is lovely to hear about your Scottish grandmother and your time staying with her! I live in North Cumbria very close to the Scottish Border in a very rural area.
Thank you so much for all the knowledge you are sharing and please keep it coming. I am hoping to learn more of how to use the plants and herbs that grow in my garden and along the lanes. Two years ago I started to study wild plants from books I purchased and picked and dried meadowsweet to drink as a tea which is wonderful. Morgellons has got in the way over the past eighteen months as I haven't had the energy levels to keep reading the books I invested in and picking and drying things at the right time. Thank you for your posts which have encouraged me to start thinking about pursuing it again. This week I added some parsley into my soup after you wrote about it. So little steps but I'll keep going!
I've got some sage which is growing really well now. Do you have a favourite way to use it? Its such a strong flavour, I'm not sure how to use it.
Do you think it does any harm to breathe in through the nose directly from a bottle of essential oil, e.g. eucalyptus, camphor, to help clear the sinuses?
Thank you again.
Ruth
