Hello All,
Our lives change everyday, we never know what is going to happen next!
The best way is to start your day with pray and let God take care of the rest.
This is just normal stuff but what is normal is different for everyone.
Try to have a schedule that does help and only eat healthy foods.
Other things that help are beneficial are being on the Saturday and Sunday calls! You can ask questions and learn a lot. Plus it is a great support to help you get through each week.
Read the forum every day, thank the He Cures all Foundation without them a lot of us couldn’t get the help we need.
Nothing in life is easy today, but we can support each other and be happy for the good things that happens to our members!
As long as we keep going forward we will get there, we all have setbacks, but tomorrow we have a chance to go forward.
No one is going to do it for us so stick to the plan and follow through.
