HERE, HEALTH RESTORATION BEGINS
Hi,

I am new here.

I was guided by a fellow sufferer.
I have had this for 5 years. My story is the same as everyone else. I am doing pretty good just now, no lesions for 2 months.

I know it is still with me and terrified it will flare again.

Getting some issues with my health sorted has been a long road, Thyroid, sleep apnea, allergies and stress, All had hammered my immune system.

I discovered enzymes and infra red about 8 months ago, life is now much easier.

I have never had a diagnosis and I am still in the learning zone.
I would like to know what my problem is,to enable me to follow the right course of action and do not know what to do or how.

Any guidance would be very much appreciated
