Hello all,
It's been over a year since my feet became so numb. And swelling off the charts. Nothing made an impact until castor oil!
I believe in the healing benefits of this magical oil. As long as I don't ingest it. Which is a suggestion and a good one for those who can swallow it. Saw it may help neuropathy in feet. Sounds interesting.
I am happy to say it's helping me. Key is to rub on feet before bed. I also give my feet a little massage. Feels like a glove. Very comforting. Leave it and sleep.
In morning I wash them with castor oil soap or Natural Genesis, use an exfoliating cloth then Chinese oil for pain/inflammation. It's stimulating the nerves in feet which affects the whole body.
Castor oil I've used for years is Heritage Store. The cloth was a suggestion from someone on this list as used in Japanese culture. Acupuncturist makes the oil (not really oil but herbs in grain alcohol) and recommends for use multiple times a day.
As a self proclaimed foot massager I understand the benefits of the feet. Plus an almost acupuncturist.
I'm happy to share my experience. No pills just natural healing.
Best of luck if you decide to try yourself.
xo, Jen
