Hi Jean,

Yes the avocado replaces banana in the smoothie and makes it very creamy, silken tofu also does the same thing.

Alongside almond milk, stevia and frozen strawberries avocado or silken tofu is a winning combination!
Do you use stevia?, It really helps.

I love a drink of cold fizzy water, fresh Lemon juice and stevia, I think it's just great!

I also like unsweetened soya yogurt... Just make sure the yogurt is from whole soya beans not gmo crops, preferably organic.

Go for the wild frozen salmon, I'm sure it will be good and after three years vegan your body will lap up all those lovely omega fats.

Although flaxseed has omega oils as does vegetarian algae, I do believe it is not sufficient for good health.

Hence why many start to get tired or rundown after a few years vegan.

Well I ate chicken for the first time in years last week. It was strange to do, but also I did get some strength from eating it.

Though I do much prefer fish. Salmon is a good choice because it is low Mercury which is important for us toxic disease sufferers.

Make a quinoa flatbread, with a cup of washed quinoa, two thirds a cup of water, sea salt and garlic /paprika powder.
Zap in blender, spread on parchment paper, bake 160 degrees in oven for 15 mins. When cool add butter and toppings of choice.

Remember eggs have sulfur in them, so are good for us to consume regularly too. Quinoa flatbread and eggs is good for breakfast.

It will full you up for a good while and the quinoa has protein in it also.

Morgellons - SLOW AND STEADY GET THE JOB DONE !
SLOW AND STEADY GET THE JOB DONE !

Hi Leslie,

I'm not sure what kind of diet I'm going to end up with. I made my first trip to the store today with several recipes in mind but couldn't find a lot of the ingredients I wanted. Not to mention how expensive everything was.

Sorry, your diet is so bland :-( I haven't tried the coco bars yet but will be looking for something I can use to replace the instant breakfast I'm using now to cut the flavor of the spinach. I can't use a banana anymore either. I did buy an avocado but it's so hard I don't think it's ripe.

Will keep trying!

Jean

Hi Jean

For the past 5 months I've been making many of the recipes on the website. They are low in carbs and very nutritious. It was a great place for me to start and gently begin adding some meat to my diet. I also hesitated to start eating meat, but Mel assured me of the necessity. John B and Karen have both mentioned the importance of some fat in our diet. I'm excited to hear that Karen and John B will be speaking on a Saturday Coffee, Tea and Me in September. I'm sure you will have all your questions answered then.

"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes." Matthew 6:25

"Go eat your food with gladness, (and drink your wine with a joyful heart), for God has already approved what you do." Ecclesiastes 9:7

(Forget the wine for now) But be happy!
Happy planning, happy cooking, and happy eating!
Blessings,
Micky
