Dear Jean,

I was low carb vegan for ten months and it is very difficult to follow. Eventually I had to incorporate fish and eggs into my diet for health reasons as I was feeling unwell. Immediately I felt better.

Are you taking a b12 supplement, vitamin d3 and getting omega fats from flax seed daily? And iodine from Nori seaweed at least a couple of times a week?.Are you not able to purchase the protocol? Are you taking a good multivitamin and probiotics?

Ezekiel bread many tolerate but it does have gluten, Rye, wheat and yeast in it so I'd say it's not ideal.

You can make your own flatbread with a cup of washed quinoa, add two thirds a cup of water, sea salt, garlic powder and paprika.. Zap in blender, smooth on top of parchment paper and bake 180 degrees for roughly 15 mins in oven. It's very nice with coconut oil spread, or hummus, or make an egg plant dip with roasted egg plant, olive oil and spices..

Cauliflower rice is something you can get in chilled departments or freezer sections which is low carb. You can have lentils, beans and, pulses but limit your intake as they have a fair amount of carbs in them.

Cruciferous vegetables are your best friend, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kale, brusssel sprouts. Also peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger, celery, avocado, asparagus, eggplant, courgette.. Herbs like basil, cilantro, parsley aid detox. Plenty of extra Virgin olive oil and coconut oil. Fruit wise lemons limes, granny smith green apples (have least sugar) and berries if tolerate (but limit).

Now I am fine with organic tofu and also unsweetened soya yogurt in moderation. . Buy stevia (pure stevia extract without added sugars). You can make an amazing Strawberry milkshake with three frozen strawberries, stevia , unsweetened soya yogurt and almond milk zapped up.

You can make a delightful Strawberry desert with avocado, stevia, almond milk and six large frozen strawberries. Or a delicious desert with silken tofu, almond milk, stevia and six large frozen strawberries.

Almond milk unsweetened is low carb.

Almonds, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts I find OK. You can eat them with 100 percent dark chocolate, the chocolate is bitter alone but OK with the nuts.

Make a nice fizzy lemonade with stevia, juice of half a lemon and fizzy water, I absolutely adore it. It's an anti depressant, sunshine in the glass :-)

Cashews, pistachio, particularly peanuts have too much mold and mycotoxins.

Almond butter is your best bet avoid peanuts at all costs..
Green olives are OK for most, black olives are more fermented and not OK..

Apple cider vinegar with the mother extract take daily to help PH levels.
Spirulina is a good source of chlorella, iron, minerals or logos new green powder.

Chop up cauliflower roast in oven smothered in coconut oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder and sea salt. It is absolutely delicious.. Roast brussel sprouts that way also.

And chick peas roasted with spices and coconut oil are very nice though watch your intake as higher carb.

You can make a gram flour (chick pea) batter with spices and sea salt and vegetable stock in water added to your gram flour, coat tofu chunks and chunks of cauliflower and bake in oven.
You can make a garlic dip with unsweetened soya yogurt and garlic powder and sea salt or unsweetened soya yogurt and cumin and sea salt.

If you want to talk at anytime for support or help re food or electromagnetic sensitivity give Mel your number I will phone you,

Best wishes,
Chrissie
