Welcome to this community. There are so many things to tell you about what's happening to your body. However, it is more important to focus on how to restore your health.
I encourage you to make changes to you diet by avoiding all sugars. In addition, you might consider taking the protocol which is important for restoring the integrity of your bio=terrain.
Begin reading the journeys of other members in this community to help you understand you are not alone in the journey. It does take time, patience, and perseverance in order to overcome this.
It can be overwhelming at first, but try to let go of fear. You have found the best place for helping you with this. We all understand and many of us have already restored our health.
