Good Morning Everyone and Welcome,
Saturday early Morning and things have slowly calmed down. The wind make a dramatic change in direction Wednesday evening and it now appears the fire have crossed over the top of the mountains heading west.
I visited Dodie and Kipp on my day off Thursday and to my surprise met a new addition, LU LU BELL, oh yes that's right, LU LU BELL, THIS OLD COW WAS FATTER THAN ME. What do you do when you make a friend with a cow, well you feed it!
So there I am feeding LU LU BELL RADISHES... Wait a minute, how did radishes get in this story? Well its like this, on my last day off, I wanted to shop this great looking grocery store near where Dodie and Kipp live. While cruising the store in the motorized cart looking at everything as I went by, I saw Fresh local grown Radishes, the largest I had ever seen in my life. Of course I bought some a monster size bunch. I saw Dodie and Kipp that day and shared the radishes with them.
So this Thursday when I went to Check on them Saw that the danger has passed met LU LU BELL brought them another bunch of radishes, which by the way Kipp loves.
Jim and family have moved back to their house and Dodie and Kipp seem safe and well, but tired!
