Morgellons - FOOD -question

Dear Jules,

You can indeed eat curry with lots of cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, green beans, eggplant, peppers. You can add onion, garlic, ginger and lemongrass. Make it with unsweetened coconut milk and have it with cauliflower rice or broccoli rice. Make a large batch and freeze it too.

At early stages of our disease just try a little grapefruit and see how your body manages. It is low sugar. Lemons/limes/green apples and berries can also be tried at very low amounts, later on. Its best to try one fruit at a time and go slow and listen to how your body responds.

Avoid all legumes and beans at early stages of recovery as they are higher in carbs than vegetables. Later on you could try a tiny amount of pulses and see if you can tolerate them.

Best wishes,
Chrissie
